Run that ye may Obtain

Hello from Boulder, CO!  I am Nan, mother to four busy children, ages 8 months, 4, 7, and 8 years old.  Supportive wife to the love of my life, Mr. Ambition a.k.a. Aaron, who is an entrepreneur in the fields of Real Estate and Personal Development. Aaron had a life-threatening bout of Ulcerative Colitis in the Fall of 2012 and we learned that he has lots of food sensitivities, so out of necessity I’ve found a new hobby inventing gluten-free, sugar-free, dairy-free creations in my kitchen. Anyone have any recipes to share? My other passions are running, biking (road and Mt.), playing with my kids, camping, hiking, sleeping, yes, I consider sleeping a hobby, serving in my Church, and writing (thus, the Blog.)  Thanks for reading!
